Welcome to Oakstedge Limited
- We accept orders by post by printing the order form from the website and sending a cheque or postal order. Please make cheques payable to ‘Oakstedge Limited’ and write your cheque card number on the reverse. If you don’t have an order form, please write out your order clearly on paper and post it to; Oakstedge Limited, Greenfield Farm, Greenfield Lane, Milltown, Ashover, Derbyshire, S45 0HT.
- Orders can be placed by phone and upon receipt of your cheque/postal order, your goods will be despatched. Although Oakstedge will endeavour to despatch your order immediately upon receipt of payment, please allow 28 days for delivery.
- P & P charge is £9.99 for UK mainland for standard Royal Mail delivery. Please contact Oakstedge Limited for special delivery requirements which will be charged at cost. For delivery outside of the UK please contact Oakstedge Limited.
- If the courier company is unable to deliver your order and you do not contact them with a convenient time for re-delivery a £15.00 re-delivery charge will be incurred.
- Returns: Refunds will be made for any items returned (at customers expense) which are unused and not damaged, within 28 days of receipt. A refund for your goods will be made less 20% administration/restocking fee. (This does not affect your statutory rights). Goods returned under complaint will not be accepted unless clean and dry (Health & Safety Act 1972). Please ensure that you have proof of postage when returning goods as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.
- Where goods are returned due to being faulty, customers are entitled to return them within a reasonable time after purchase as per the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended) and claim a refund. Returns are accepted if an item is mis-described or faulty (they are then not subject to the 20% administration/restocking fee). You must notify us of your intention to return goods within 14 days of the purchase date otherwise we are not obliged to accept them.
- Cancellation Rights: You may cancel your order if you wish within seven working days from the day after receiving your goods. The goods must be returned to Oakstedge Limited clean and unused and customers are required to pay the return postage. A refund for your goods will be made within 30days of cancellation less a 20% administration/re-stocking fee.
- Prices may be subject to increases beyond our control. If the cost of your order differs from the prices quoted, we will contact you, either by telephone, letter or email to request your instructions.
- All items are inclusive of VAT.
- Privacy policy: We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We collect information about you for two reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. We will not email you in the future unless you have given us your consent and we will give you the opportunity to refuse any marketing email from us. The type of information collected about you includes your name, address, phone numbers and email address. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law. We do not give any personal information to any third party. It is only used by Oakstedge Limited. We will endeavour to keep the information we hold about you up to date and accurate. You may check with us by email and any inaccuracies will be deleted or promptly corrected. We use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our website, this does not link IP addresses to anything personally identifiable which means that the user will be anonymous. It is our policy to acknowledge any enquiries or complaints within five working days and to keep customers informed of progress or likely timescales for resolving any problems. We are happy to attend to you between 9.00am morning and 8.00pm evening, Monday to Saturday. If no-one is available to take the call, our ansaphone service will take a message. Calls are charged at normal standard rates for landline or mobile phones.
